The lot for your dream home has been cleared, the concrete foundation has cured, all the lumber and materials have been delivered, the Kingdom Builders Development (KBD) team has unloaded a tailgate picnic, your family has been briefed on safety, a KBD employee hands you a framing gun, he plugs it in to an air compressor, another employee align perpendicular 2x4’s, you are instructed to place the framing gun against the perpendicular 2x4’s and squeeze the trigger, WAAM!!!!!!!!!!
The First Nail Experience has begun! The First Nail Experience gives homeowners an opportunity to be involved with the construction process as well as give homeowners the option of inserting the first nail. Being a part of the construction process give homeowners a back stage pass to the construction of their dream home. Being a part of this process has proven to be very educational to homeowners providing them with light construction skills.
